Freeman On The Land

OK, read on this forum about this Freeman stuff

Basically I am only subject to common law unless I enter into a contract with the state

ie When you register a car you are signing a contract to be liable for that vehicle so you can be charged, fined etc

However as most people enter into these contracts without full knowledge of the consequensces they can rescind the contract as it was entered upon through misrepresentation, under undue influence (by the State) and/or by mistake

Has anyone on this forum tried this?

What are the consequences?

Is it pure Bull?

Guest X-QUORK

Contact Injin, he'll let you know all about it.

What ever happened to that challenge where Injin was going to help a guy wipe out his CC debt?

Well ALL parliamentary legislation prior to 1689 are technically illegal anyway.

the tithes or taxes levied are a club subscription, nothing more.

There is certainly a common need for certain aspects of our country as a whole to be subsidised by a collective "whip round"

....but has this act been abused??

I would say it most certainly has,and the perpatrators of the abuse need to be dealt with.

The crux of the matter being the relationship of the state with the individual.

...and the pendulum has swung far too much in the favour of the state and it's quislings.

you can't expect a parasitic state to give up it's grasp on power easily....so you can expect this to get extremely messy.

(it's funny how now even the senior police are getting stressed out and suffeing mental problems with the amount of crap that successive governments have loaded upon them to maintain order)

...the latest being the militarisation with tazers....(along with consequent domestication/knife crime phobia etc) of the worker ants....

....If there is more casualties like the pregnant girl who had a miscarriage due to G20 police tactics, then they really do need to re-assess who they are working for.....is it the state,or is it the people?

It is within their power(and the military) to bring this corrupt priesthood to justice.

if joe public decides they've had enough, then it would probably be a good idea if the boys in blue either joined or abstained......

the communists have tried to create the hive-mind......now it's time for them to understand how swarming works.

....the hierarchy get utterly crushed.
