House Price Recovery Is A False Dawn

he is getting more desperate and nasty by the day.

I guess he's had a bad recession and is blaming those who want more affrodable housing for his woes.

I don't go round blaming everyone else for the hideous Indian carpet I paid too much for in 1998.

It taught me a valuable lesson in acceptable pricing.

I was a bit bothered about him being banned to begin with but he really is coming across as a very nasty piece of work now.

Sibbers. Now he's more like a mascot these days.

I warmed to Sibbers when he said he had a Ford Focus ST, I had him tagged as a BMW dicker.

Hamish seems to have lost the plot, he'll be sharing a south London bedsit with Bruno next.

I agree with his comment that not everybody should be able to buy a house though. I don't mean people should not have a roof over their heads but house ownership should not be a right. It was the extension of house ownership to people who cannot afford them by Clinton which started the subprime mortgages in the first place.

Maybe I'm a bit politically incorrect but I also don't believe that everyone has a right to have their lifestyles/children/mortgages supported by the taxpayer but everyone has a right to be poor if they chose to.

notable mainly for the comments - 'our' Hamish has taken to spamming The Times in a big way - like it's an open forum. no idea why the moderators there don't ban him.

what a desperate troll

Blimey, he's really bothered, some might even suggest panicked. He even uses the old "miss the boat forever" phrase! Still, I do miss Hamish a little. At least he was coherent when on here unlike some (although he does seem to be losing plot now).

I guess there's a drop in income and a marital split in there somewhere. He is bitter. You don't get that bitter just from sitting in a house worth less than you paid for it.

But perhaps you do when like Hamish you bought a 2nd house as an investment and allowed a relative to live in it rent free! GENEROUS was not a word that came to mind with our Hamish was it?

The sad thing for Hamish is that he believes himself to be what he earns and what he owns.

The good thing is that he has set up just the right circumstances to learn more about who he really is but I doubt he will be able to let go of all the believes himself to be.

Meanwhile, in his employment, he projects all he HATES about himself on other people and is paid to go round paying surprise visits on companies and getting people sacked for failing to come up to Hamish's exacting standards.

Doesn't really matter whether you believe in karma or not we continue to create our reality and the reality that we meet with our every thought.

Hamish is clearly unhappy and angry but that is not a bad place to start looking at what works and what clearly doesn't.

It is interesting though that Hamish's BIGGEST criticism of me what that he said I spammed news articles .....but Hamish is so good, as I say, at projecting everything he disowns onto everyone else.

Of course we all do this to sum degree, but some of us are Masters of denial
