Bbc Manipulation Of Economic Reality

Earlier today sprang the headline in the economy section of the BBC news website that manufacturing output in the UK retreated in August. Hey ho, come this evening the story is nowhere to be seen on the site and instead has been replaced with these two ramping articles:

Is this evidence should we need it that some higher authority, i.e. the Government making a swift call to the offices of the Beeb?
