Sky Europe Goes Bust

Recommended Posts

Well well.

My motherinlaw recently flew over with them. Flight back out supposed to be at 830 or thereabouts, delayed at checkin till 13:15. Not too bad a delay - well finally went around midnight....

Quite happy this shower has folded, but do hope someone will pick up the routes!

Incidentally getting back from some of the places they fly to is likely to involve at least an overnight train journey, if not a 600km taxi ride...

I tried booking a flight to Bratislava and it said....

Nothing to be happy about it simply means other airlines will put their fares up. I belive Sky were tipped to go under earlier this year. By the way no Chavs nor average English person are likely to use those airlines, they simply dont know where Slovakia or Slovenia are or tell the difference between the two.. Shame really
