Sold 150K according to Mouseprice.com land registry.

Thank you to the buyer for buying this 5 bed terrace, sets a new low for all the 3 bed terraces facing the park. I bet the other sellers are raging.

Sure fire sign of the recovery :rolleyes: Quick, buy now, prices are definitely not going to drop in the next 12 months. :lol:

looks to me like it was bang on the money - the anomaly was the two idiots in 2007 and 2008.

Apart from that it's at effective stagnated peak in Manchester..... - 3, 4, 5 or 69 bedrooms makes no odds really - it's not worth any more because it's a small house after all and it has a ceiling price. Adding bedrooms or space becomes just that - it does not add any more value to them after a certain point. So, it's not chucked away, it's still at give or take 'normal' peak ......
