Young lad bought June 2007 for 157K - latest valuation 99K. He asks "Where is the light at the end of my tunnel?"

well at least he got growth till October 07 peak bubble ha ha, before the crash, imagine anyone who bought in October 07, it was a one way down hill ride till April this year.

I've listend to and read four articles involving FP today and they could have been the same article/show.

The only intresting point was on how the LR compile their figures so that a lot of high value sales doesn't skew the figures. But FP got souted down before he had chance to answer.

A number of times interviewees said that a house was worth what someone was prepared to pay and not once did he correct tham.

Guess it must all be getting a bit boring to him now, trying to explain the same old crap to the same old fools.

In all fairness, she did seem to know what she was doing. Which is more than can be said for most BTL landlords.
