Millionaire Property Developer Attacks Estate Agent Neighbour

A pyjama-clad millionaire attacked his neighbour with a £20,000 samurai sword in a dispute over noise, a court heard yesterday.

Simon Carson's early-hours assault on Simon Korn ended with both men - and their wives - grappling on the hallway floor of their exclusive Marylebone mansion block.

In a witness statement, Mr Korn, who is a commercial estate agent, said: 'I could see him at my door in a T-shirt and baggy pyjamas. He had this look which was not angry, but not normal. He looked stoned, completely out of his mind.'

The judge must have had a difficult decision. He could have hung the tosspot millionaire developer, but obviously decided it was ultimately more satisfying to kick sand in the face of the EA.

Mr Korn, a commercial estate agent, said that it was one law for the rich and one for the poor.

He lives in 'an exclusive Marylbone mansion block..'

He sees himself as one of the poor?

£20,000 for a sword?

I don't know what was more crazy.

Amazing that the muppet couldn't just pick up a kitchen knife, he even has to act like a millionaire when he attacks someone.

He probably lives in a (think Rising Damp) bed-sit on the top floor of the building.
