50% Off In California Helps Raise Sales 7%

Recommended Posts

In my little community in California, it has become etiquette to apologize to one's neighbours if one's house is about to be repossessed as everyone knows that this will drive local prices lower for everyone.

The infection has not yet been cured and actually seems to be becoming more virulent.

No doubt in the UK when this happens it will become a badge of honour to have been repossessed. The more the better : "Hey see that Dave, he got 40 BTL's repossessed last year, top guy"

Houses prices to be set by the lowest common denominator.

The Chelsea thing is a set up for the price implosion of FTB hutches in the UK.
