Benefits & Quantitive Easing

Recommended Posts

Whilst it would make sense to cut benefits back to help the economy I had a thought that this is one way to flood the economy with "fake" money to keep the game going...............

Lucky for those on benefits i suppose ??

Not really, it's got to be paid back somehow.... whether that's tax increases or cuts in spending, nobody will do well out of this.

Except the bankers.

There would be nothing in it for the bankers.

Why? I thought the money was going from the tax payer to the banks... where it seems to get dissipated within the bank and rarely makes it to the people that need it? Or have I been reading to many whickey whackey whoo sites?

what i really mean is, is that, all these benefits ( from the government) have been keeping things going artificially & is a way of giving some people to spend £500 a month back in the economy keeping things going
