It Is The Second Mouse That Gets The Cheese .....

Recommended Posts

Art Cashin was just on CNBC giving his morning round up.

His basic message was that he thinks that we are right at the tip of the middle of the "W". He admits to being cautious which is why he has been able to survive for 30 years in the investment business. I really liked his throwaway line that sometimes it is the second mouse that gets the cheese.

There are a lot of bull vs bear arguments going on at the moment. I don't know how things will turn out (and nor does anyone else) but it does feel like this is a very good time to be the second mouse.

IMO, it's a G shaped recovery.

G

Were halfway down the curve now.

When we do come back up, the top of the G will never be seen again. Only half way and then a leveling off.

Good one.

especially the going back in time part. that might prove handy for a few people. My letter of choice at the moment would have to be the 'K'. I think we're about to take the fork downwards, while everyone around me thinks it's up,up and away! What letter will you choose.....
