The Banks are buying Government debt and then the BOE is buying it off the banks. The banks take a cut and then pay themselves massive bonuses. QE money is going straight to the Government so despite QE there is no credit left for private businesses particularly since the regulators are requiring banks to increase reserves which is a nonsense in banks that are now owned by the Government in any case.
