Why I'm Joining Labour

Recommended Posts

Some great quotes to be had on the Labour homepage

My favorite is:

'I joined because I favour social justice and fairness'

In other news average earning rise 2.5%. All of the rise is attributed to the bonus' paid out in the banking sector. Social justice and fairness indeed.

The collection of patronising hypocrites who make up ZaNu Labour have many agendas, some open and others somewhat hidden. None of them have anything to do with justice or fairness.............

If you were to add late 1960s student union anti British post imperial 'guilt', economic illiteracy, mass surveillance, educational dumbing down and pointless wars to the list among many other issues, we might get nearer to their real core beliefs.

Does anyone else get the impression that not a single one of them quotes are real?

Each and everyone looks like some low level tard was given some half @rsed slogans to think up

Unfortunately they probably payed some quango thousands of pounds of my money to come up with them.

I f*ckin hate the labour party, in fact I f*ckin hate the lot of them

I'm afraid words like 'fairness', 'opportunity' and 'potential' have been hijacked and turned into bland nothingness in the mouths of politicians. Empty rhetoric devoid of any substance. It's like those wild west towns, just a façade.

Yes, I think most decent people want these things, but the reality is something different.

I really hate the use of 'quality' and 'luxury' in everyday business speak - meaningless. A bit like 'love'... but that's another story.

I love the quote from Wendy, Middlesborough where they mis-spelt the glorious leader's name: "Gordan Brown"

Absolutely classic!

Should that be Gor-Dan Brown?

'Cos he never lets the facts get in the way either !

Who is angriest with New Labour, I wonder? Traditionally anti-labour Tories or betrayed socialists?

Look at the reasons some people here support the Tories.

Things they've never done, never promised, never stood for and never will.

Complete delusion.

It really takes a "special" kind of imbecile to sign up to wave a banner on the behalf of a political party.

It doesn't matter what colour the banner is.
