Well, Looks Like They Got Away With It-

Recommended Posts

I was slaving away, but I thought there might have been a thread on here.

The investigation has been completed, and guess what, there will be no probe.

the following link yesterday featured pics of M-slime, and lots of political stuff, today it has obviously been downgraded to "historical content."

HERE

Meanwhile, yesterday Andy Burnham (who needs a talking to) set off a huge red herring first thing by announcing there were NO HOSPITAL WAITING LISTS

This story, I cna no longer find on R5, it blocked everything out until lunchtime.

However- M-Slime then does the BBC in the afternoon, and this guy is damn good- he is really the master of thinly veiled "intent." His response to the R5 interviewer (who probly couldn't believe M-SLIME was on his his show) was one of the best bits of radio I have ever heard. Chilling.

So, we end up with yesterdays decision being published on the 11th of the month- and guess what- the results of the investigation will be published threee months later. And is that good day to bury bad news- or is it a good day to bury bad news...?

Cynical- Moi-

Basically, Labour KNOW many paths lead to THEM over the crap that was this awful deal. HOW they ever let it happen is totally beyond me, could have been massive backhanders, could have been this, could have been that- but to do what they did yesterday, bring back the PM to answer questions (I think he WANTED to do it) and to get Burnham to stick his neck out knowing it would be chopped off was just too much coincidence.

Thoughts anyone

Is it a case of:

Smoke and Mirrors Easing?

Ther could easily be a second component of the deal between UK plc and BMW the British Public "don't need to know..."

I don't dispute the old cars were crap, or that it was extremely dumb to let BMW keep the new Mini.

But...
