5pm This Afternoon - Lbc 97.3

Recommended Posts

Usually VI rubbish, but worth a listen on a Sunday afternoon. I think the subjects today are " Is the recession over " and the housing market with the usual panel of experts ( estate agents, debt pedalors etc ). Its great " shout at the radio " listening.

You can listen online at www.lbc.co.uk

James Max being of failed apprentice fame and a presenter on " Property Pensions ":lol::lol:

James Max just said they'll be talking about property at 6pm on this show.

Peston and the media getting a kicking at the moment...

Please go out and have fun. Its a lovely sunny afternoon.

Forget about property prices, ramping, VI's and crooked bankers.

(Says Paul tapping on his laptop in Canada Square E14!)

London EA claims he's fighting off the buyers. Business is great. Puts this down to recent lack of negative press about housing market.

Implying that media 'negativity' caused all his problems up to a couple of months ago.

Property discussion on in 15 mins

I don't see why he would be making this up. I've heard similar

Refering to vested interests, and the guests about to come on his show today

Max: "Oh, there will be lots of good positive spin I'm sure'

He said it.

THe guy from Jackson Stops seems fairly bearish and reasonable to me. Suggesting a double dip......Advising FTB not to jump in!

Yolande from Savills and the Times Editor will be striking him off the christmas card list I expect. ;)

Yes, it is very surprising to hear a estate agent being bearish. I wonder what to make of it ???
