The Public Sector Isnt In Recession Yet

Recommended Posts

every sector is in recession apart from the failing public sector, propped up and kept going by unaffordable loans and collapsing tax revenues.

there are going to have to be deep cuts, the Prime Minister doesn't want to face up to them so has put them off and is running a scorched earth policy to see him through the election.

when the public sector is in recession and there are mass layoffs the unions are going to go mental and it's not going to be pretty.

It also means you can laugh all those propaganda "recovery" stories printed by the likes of The Times, the real recession is only just starting

Quite. We (ie Gordo and Badger) have bought a little time at vast expense.

To be paid for by the grandchildren.

their irresponsibility and naked contempt is sickening.

we need to move to a situation where we have elections every 2 years, like the americans so we can throw them out quicker

There is only one option for the public sector...create more non-jobs to employ all the out of work ex-private sector workers.

Meh.

Britian is (has) become a socialist plutocracy. Same as it ever was.
