Yes they're back. Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp return for a new series.

Tonight Spencer and Allsopp seek a home for Martine Wright and Nick Wiltshire, who are about to marry.

The bride to-be who lost her legs above the knee in an accident in 2005, can now walk again and she and her prospective husband are looking to the future. :)

We also meet Dina Mystery  and Pradeep Patel, who are trying to escape their cramped flat in Finchley, north London.

They forgot to update his bio with his latest business success!

Also mentioned is that Krusty is a "property guru"

Not very interesting though, and possibly because one's in government and one isn't.

And not forgetting the difference between the publicly funded BBC and the vaguely commercially funded Channel4 (I know it gets some public money)

Apart from those 2 points you're spot on Joe

Sweet Jesus! Did they just try to get a lady who had her legs blown off in the London Bombings (& quite understandably stipulated she wants a bungalow) to move into a two storey house!

I have seen it all now.

Amazing

Cleary, £380,000 is not enough too expect a fairly substantial 3 bed home outside London.

They should up their budget to £1,500,000. Then they should just find a 3 bed hole with a bathroom with a toilet not in spitting distance.

Have Phil and Krusty been told to up the 'chemistry between them' element?

They keep having little 'moments'....

Is there a hint of a legover situation?

Or is it me?

Maybe they should shoot people in excess debt or at least ensure they don't replicate.

She's a bit annoying and strikes me as a bit of a spoiled brat, but if i was spending that much money £380,000 (15 times the national average income) then I think I'd expect more than a shabbily decorated house, or a small bathroom where you can take a dump whilst washing your hair in the shower.
