Honey, I Shrunk The Bedroom

Recommended Posts

There also appears to be a big corporate logo on the house. Maybe you get rental income from using the front elevation as advertising space. On the plus side you can just about go to the toilet and have a shower at the same time.

Enables you to wash your hair whilst laying a cable, essential in todays busy world.

Allegedly a 2 bedroom flat - and that's the only bedroom pictured.

What can the 2nd one be like?

I'm guessing we've seen the master bedroom.

Imagine inviting a bird (or fella, if youre that way inclined) back there. They look astonished. You then break the news to them; its ok, i dont rent, this is all mine. At which point they either throw themselves into your arms, or else call social services to have you sectioned.

the bedroom is also on the turn round to the stairs. Not convenient.

That is clearly a one bed turned into a two bed. And may also have had the proper size bathroom removed too.they did it wrong. They SHOULD have made the kitchen into the bathroom, put a door into the hallway from it and opened out the bathroom (as was) into the front room and made it the kitchen.

1st (Master) bedroom: 12'2 × 7 (feet, inches)' - This is the one pictured.

2nd bedroom: 9'5 × 6'6

Judging by the floorplan, it can only be smaller than the one they've got in the picture.

So you leave the second bedroom and immediately fall down the stairs.

It shouldn't be flats at all. Another house ruined. Planners are feckwits.

Maybe they are factoring in the "loft space" potential into the price.

At least you can get to the lav:

At that one has a £725,000 price tag - http://www.foxtons.co.uk/search?property_i...mit_type=search

You can wash your bits in the bidet whilst doing the washing too!

It was churlish of them not to have converted the loft space into bedroom number three.

Probably result in a conumdrum as the staircase would take out bedroom number two!
