Latest Oleg Respond

Recommended Posts

Dear all :(:(

Thanks god to find this site just today, I am in exectly the same situation as you guys, I haven't received my June rent yet, and received a odd letter from the estate agent, who said my rent will be reduced to half, and the reason of the reducing is because the cost of repair and re letting... all unacceptable things.

I keep contact with Oleg, who got back to me today, say that the rent will be paid to me with the halved amount and the cash guarentee will be deducted every month.

I have contacted solicitor in Germany who suggest me not to move from current letting agent as there maybe a offical action, what is the possible official action?

Please, Please let me know what action we should take.

I am more than happy to join a group(if you have one) to seek group solution. Or we should have a invester's club

Poliform UK Ltd account department will be the place to find me.

Hi everyone

Only just joined this site so catching up with the conversation. We are in the same situation and have taken legal advice. Our lawyer is arranging for the rental bank guarantee to be drawn down and transferred to our own rental account - we feel a lot more comfortable about this. This should help to sort things out short term. Medium to longer term actions will depend on the extent of the financial problems that the management company is facing. We could sue for damages but this would inevitably mean that assets would be frozen altogether and we would not get any rental income at all. Alternatively, we tranfer to a different management company, bbut then we loose all the guarantees! I have a feeling this will be an on-going issue. MarkN

Which solicitor are you using for this? we are in the same boat as are a number of others in N Ireland. We are trying to identify a good solicitor to act on all out interests
