I know, but once you get beyond the "Oh my God, he's a combover sherman with a Kraut name!" stage, you realise he is speaking major truths handed down from on high

Listen to what he says a ask yourself what are we doing..?

Proping up the market and delaying the true recovery. Where recovery is a break away from the system that allowed the prices to grow as they did.

Plain talking, it'll never catch on!

A clue baron

You seem to have a bit of a downer on Denninger, Noel. OK, he doesn't always know what he is talking about on the technical side but the general thrust of what he is saying is spot on IMHO.

Edit: spelling

Very good. Well presented and argued. Makes sense. However, such change, the people that brought us down this road won't like and will resist preferring more of the same.

Ominous that we appear to be reaching the end of the road.

All roads it would appear lead to the housing bubble, and the speculation and debt it engendered.

Anyone not dealing with this problem is part of the problem (Darling, Brown... BBC, media spivs).

Just caught a BBC property programme being aired first shown in 2005. 2005 FFS!
