Public Sector Represents 60% Of Welsh Gdp

Recommended Posts

thats a lot.

so the answer to increase GDP is to have more public sector

in fact 100% public sector would do no harm.

I've never been to a welsh town on a Saturday night.

Worth it for the educational shock and awe experience. Every English person I know has been staggered by Swansea on a Saturday night - and S'sea is 'posh' don't you know.

The thing with that Public Sector money is that alot of it ends up in the hands of a very tiny clique - there are a small number of people, mainly Welsh speakers, who have become SERIOUSLY wealthy on the back of Public money.

Wales needs a huge kick-up the backside but I fear that the ordinary people, currently on less than 15K a year, will be the ones who suffer and not the Taffia in the WAG, BBC Wales, S4C, ITV Wales, etc, etc, on 100K plus salaries.

I am now seriously reconsidering whether I wish to buy here in Wales because, once the Public Sector cuts kick in, there will be huge job cuts. I had been thinking about setting up a business providing home PC repair and PC services to the FEW SMEs in the area but, once the cuts cut in, who will still have jobs in Wales to pay the local tradesmen? Not many I suspect.

So what you're saying is, only 40% of the Welsh GDP comes from chancers selling things people don't really need?

An excuse for an extract from the lyrics of a favourate (sp?) song of mine: ;)

"Binge drinking, binge drinking

Tried keeping up with your missus, what was I thinking?

She looks like Caprice,

But it's a shock to see her wrestling 2 police,

With one in a headlock!

Fighting with bouncers and flashing her bits,

After 2 flamin' sambucas she don't care who she hits,

Waking up on Sunday morning, with bruises and cuts,

Face it son, your missus is nuts!"

This was reported on the 24th April. Does it take 3 months in Wales for news to arrive?

We know Gruff spends his whole life Copying and Pasting but you wouldn't think he'd be three months behind with his work!

Everything in Wales has to be translated into Welsh by a small clique of 100K a year translators from the Taffia even though less than 10% of us speak Welsh.

Ahead of the curve, see?

Best thing Wales ever did was employ that female economist of Bush's who said that when the private sector shrank the pubic sector should take up the slack.

It works!

It's the new dawn!

Based on this small sample of Taffia, we should conclude all Welsh are scum?
