ccc
Some new place in a nice area of Edinburgh. Originally marketed as 'boutique apartments'. Not sure what that means - does someone do your nails every day when you open your front door ? Anyway - here is the sign. Amazing.

Wannabe
But you need to pay more attention to the sign... These aren't just ordinary over-priced, badly built rabbit hutches......... These are SAVILLS over-priced, badly built rabbit hutches. Worth a lifetime of debt-slavery just for the cachet telling your freinds you bought through Savills. ccc
Just found the details on ourproperty.co.uk. Sale was completed on 13th September 2007. One day before NR !! Nae luck. Purchased for £945k. Assuming the 'penthouse' is around 700k - they hope to get £3 million in sales. Pure un-adulturated greed. I hope Porter Properties Ltd make a huge loss on this.. ccc
Actually there were 7 to start withOne has been sold (well reserved) tim I know - but one out of 7 is hardly anything to shove up a big red letter sign about. And as you say it has simply been reserved. So 0 sold out of 7. Great stuff.

Darkman
Six remaining out of six eh? Guess I better jump in and flash some cash It says viewing between 1 and 3pm weekends. Now just make a mental picture of some sales rep sitting there watching the clouds go by. The only sound is the wind whistling by, and the July rainfall. Anyone for suicide? porca misèria
Ha ha, idiots. £370K?!!!!!! £370K? Bargain! We've spent more than that on a restaurant bill for a moderately big group. £ denotes Italian Lire, so £370K was about UKP150-180 at exchange rates when I was living in .it. [edit - helps if I don't miss a 0 off]! Edited July 26, 2009 by porca misèria

refusnik
Six must be some sort of secret code with Pwopety Developes. Or is it subliminal message or maybe a Freudian slip? I have this nearby: http://www.hartpd.co.uk/ It advertises "only 6 apartments remaining" ever since 25th March 2008 as confirmed by Internet Wayback Machine http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.hartpd.co.uk/ Edited February 7, 2010 by refusnik
