Website With Court Case Notes And Details Of Evidence?

Recommended Posts

I've spent ages searching around the ministry of justice site, crown courts, etc. I'm extremely curious to see the evidence upon which Simon Sheppard was convicted of "race hate" crimes and jailed for 5 years. The crime was the publishing of articles which were described as "nasty and unacceptable" in court. Is it possible to see the evidence somewhere in order to see what kind of published article gets you 5 years in jail in Britain? It must be incredibly strong, no doubt exhorting others to commit murders, make bombs, kill, maim? Although this isn't indicated in the news reports. Perhaps it was just published opinions, that resulted in a 5 year sentence? It would be interesting to contrast this "crime" and sentence with violent/drug related/gang related/terrorism related crimes, and the fact that Islamic terrorists reside in our country as deporting them would infringe Cherie Blair's Human Rights act.

note, Sheppard is clearly eccentric, as a perusal of heretical.com shows. But if the government were handing out 5 year sentences to every nasty eccentric in the country, surely Abu Izzadeen, Anjoum Choudhary and their many cohorts would have been behind bars years ago, instead of free to continue raising support for Jihad in the UK?
