Studio Flat For 5million Pounds

Recommended Posts

Admittedly it's at the nicer end of Studio Flats, but nevertheless if Studio Flats are going for this price, there must be more falls to come :)

(Trust they will change their description very quickly)

Am I being dim here in that i'm assuming it's a typo?

Edit: Oh yes, just realised my error. Is there an emote to represent the 'belm' face? Duh

Is it in Maidstone?

Don't be silly. It can only be in Aberdeen

Hmm, the garden is a bit pokey for my dream studio apartment.

I am guessing the Council tax is out of my budget too. Shame, in every other respect it is perfect for that single person living.

2 bed house on the market for for 1.5mio here...!

2 bed house in Clapham for 1.5 mill. Ho ho, what bell-ends.

That pretty much sums up why I can't stand the area, especially Abbeville Road; full of indentikit, chinless wonders.

I have visited it before and it is very large and palatial. More the kind of thing the queen would use as a second home rather than an HMO split into studio flats. Its been owned by the same family for donkeys years; wonder why they are selling off chunks of it?
