Oh, FFS; the office is just round the corner. They've got a lot of LOCAL business, on Dundas St and its offshoots, because of the proximity of the office.

Rental business thriving for Mr Alexander, according to The Hootsmon today.....

but what jumped out at me was the quoted figure for their sales; a minor part of their business, apparently, but claimed to be notching up 20 sales per month .........

If we assume those 20 sales to be evenly divided between Edinburgh and Glasgow, that's 10 sales each office per month - the ESPC say they sold 372 in Edinburgh in May - between 230 or so firms, that's barely 1 or 2 each on average.

The ELPG claims to be still selling 25% of the ESPCs total, so take their cut away and that suggests the remaining 225 ESPC firms sold 279 between them in May - an average of 1.24 each; and DJA are regularly selling 10 per office....?

Read a few of old DJ articles. Read a few new ones. Anyone who believes anything he says is mental. ;)

Hmmm..... they've currently only got 15 sales listings in the whole of the country, yet they sell 20 per month.

OK, I should take their claim with not so much a pinch of salt, more a 1kg bag...... maybe.
