Arla Survey Of Residential Investment Landlords Q2 2009

Recommended Posts

Just reading it

3.6 when did you become a landlord ?

Around 47% from 2003 onwards, and over 50% over 50.

3.13 Why did you first decide to invest in residential property?

6% in it for the rental income alone ;)

I assume this article came from it "Association of Residential Letting Agents

The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) has reported a rise in the number of tenants struggling to meet their rental payments."
