don't get me wrong it's got a great sea view....but I dread to think the bodge that has been carried out so far....

its in Torbay ..... lovely place ...but way overpiced at the moment in my view

Overpriced - are you serious? Snap it up now. Knock it down and build a palace. Asking price £4 million. Easy.

Oh my Lord, what an ugly dwelling, it is quite a nice spot, I know it well, but it's ugly, best thing, knock it down and start again.

No garden.

Major drawback in a position like that. Enough space for a garden and the site alone would sell for a fortune.

Sure you are near the beach, but doesn't mean you can see it from the house.

"A stones throw from a stunning view" may be more appropriate.

Those maps are very deceiving. They usually get the spot completely wrong.
