Trouble is the way they're dragging it out that could be around 2012. So convinced am I of a further 30% falls I'm seriously considering living on a beach in Thailand for as little as possible and wait till it happens. That way I save 27k in rent, that way I can return to the UK and buy a good place outright, I will by then have at least 150k saved up. Good plan bearing in mind I'm retired ? Or not ? Well my friend get yourself some bongo's and join me and my guitar on the beach and play along to the big red sun setting every night.
