R4 Moneybox - Today 12.00noon

Recommended Posts

Did anyone hear the discussion on house prices? I came in towards the end, and heard someone saying they thought multiples were still too high and should revert to 3 1/2 x 4 times, but missed the rest, other than to gather that Ray was on there.

Was it bullish or bearish?

If you go to the website I expect they will have a podcast of the entire show

The Moneybox guy also came out with some guff about how falling house prices don't really effect homeowners unless they're selling to rent or downsize... nobody thought to mention MEW-ing as an important factor

MoneyB0ll0cks with Ray BullS**t

Boulger is an automaton, albeit a very irritating one.... like it's OK for property prices to go sky high

& even more OK for them to stay that way.

Stone wall rollox; & sod folk who think an affordable roof over one's head in the land of one's birth is not an unreasonable expectation.

It was a guy from 'This Money'? who provided the rational counter view, after the Boulger & with less exposure of course.
