What is with all the laughter from the presenter bloke? Developer person says, yada yada, flats, blah and the fellow just giggles. Weird.

Probably as he knows they have bought a pup, have no idea as they are a punter property developer who thinks they will make their millions from flashing a bit of dulux about and will generally lose a fortune?

Caught a bit of it today where the bloke had spent 87k (excluding fees and his 2 months labour) and they valued it at 82-84

but it's worth 92 he said. And he's let it out at more than the letting agents reconned

Glass Street - a terrace somewhere -- didn't see where
