How Do You Feel About Adding Jag/landrover To Our Banking Empire?

Recommended Posts

Meh. It's Tata anyways.

Other than the proper offroad Land Rovers, who wants any of that tat?

There are a myriad of much better cars out there for a lot less and with superior quality.

Works Management, a manufacturing sector publication, reported that the firm had recently negotiated extended payment terms with its suppliers - moving them from 45-day to 60-day terms.

However the 15-day extension means that supplier payments clash with salaries - prompting the change.

I don't suppose nice Mr TATA considered bringing the salaries forward 15 days?

"It's not a bailout"!

You got to draw the line somewhere, I would not be happy helping this company out. Apart from anything, I am not sure we can afford to. Are we going to bail out Bob the builder and Fred the plumber?

What we don't hear much about is that Porsche is in danger of going bust because they borrowed a huge amount to buy a majority shareholding in the much bigger Volkswagen group and now they can't repay the loans. The German government has refused to bail Porsche out.
