Madness... In Chadderton

about 5 years ago this house was for sale. The EA was unable to get us a viewing and the price went up and up and up.

I'm pretty certain it never sold.

Ok, that'll be an unextended semi on there -

A £20k house. With a £200k extension. Just shows you how expensive polish builders are these days. :)

Still not sold. IMO they are in dreamland. I've seen some B E A Utiful houses in Saddleworth for that price.
