I've looked on land registry but there is not much to go on. It went for 65k in 2002 and has been done up a fair bit since (apparently - looks a bit trendy but no new kitchen/bathroom in that time.). #13 is similar size but not end terrace and went for 98k in 2005. Is there any way of finding out what house prices in Prestwich specifically have done since 2002 rather than in the North West in general.
