Phil And Krusty In Heat Magazine

Recommended Posts

Ok I admit it I did buy a copy of heat (shame) but kerry katona was on the front looking like a right heffa and I need a laugh

Anyway phil and krusty were in there!

Q what advice do you have for heat readers who want to buy a house in the current climate?

K: Do not do anything at all until you've properly looked into your financial situation. For many years people have gone house hunting before

Looking at their mortgage

Phil: that said, if the markets not at the bottom its very close, so if you can raise a deposit and fix your

Mortgage rate , its never going to get better. But the market isn't going to help you - you have to help

Yourself. If you want to move again, you need to add value to your place

Kirsty seemed oddly sensible and phil is right about motgage rates not getting any better than now.

However he is wrong about being near the bottom, ever the optimist!

I can whole heartedly concur. Kerry looked enormous.

Kirsty is a friend of Heat. You'll notice over time they love her.

I though they would be more bullish so was nice to see them a bit reserved.

As for kerry katona is all marketing ploy, watch out for the new slim kerry photos in around 8 weeks followed by tv interviews saying how wonderful she is!

Market is always helpful to those who make sense and don't blindly ignore laws of gravity.

These people were so embarassingly wrong about the property market, why listen to them now?

Somehow, they still are able to masquerade as "property experts"

The mind truly boggles

I can't bear meaningless statements like this. Fix it for how long? 25 weeks?, 25 years?

Especially as fixing any longer than a couple of years is not actually very cheap any more.

budget for the day when your fixed mortgage reverts to SVR, interest rates are likely to go up over the next

few years and you'll lose your house if you can't keep up your payments.

Added the bit he was thinking but forgot to mention.
