At least prices there seem to be moving in the right direction - unlike here. For a two-bed gaff, that is not too bad. Although I wonder what the service charge is, and whether it has been jacked up recently?

They do a lot of jacking up round there by the looks of it.

They do a lot of jacking up round there by the looks of it.

I think the picture of the two DSS cheap leather sofas piled on top of one another, upon which sits a shite-looking cheap Ikea table, with a busted microwave on top, with a kitchen bin at the base, makes me want to jack up and O/D :lol: !

I was told by a letting agent not to touch a flat in this block under any circumstances. He listed build quality, factoring issues as well as the standard of resident
