50%deposit
i think the reason it collapsed was because he had not divided the front room into enough bedsits. If he had had more bedsits there there would have been more supporting walls.
Rachman
i think the reason it collapsed was because he had not divided the front room into enough bedsits. If he had had more bedsits there there would have been more supporting walls.the irony is that Halliwell Road is top of the grant list to get all of the brick facades improved and the roofs done at someone else's cost. I wouldn't mind finding out if there have been any planning applications put in for the entire block to knock down and build a load of flats etc to use the empty land the school behind it used to sit on - not that I am cynical or anything - this gap would be a perfect access point off the main road because they won't get one off Wolfenden Street. Coolfonz
"single mummified" twit. "an Asian in Bolton flouting planning laws" racist loser.
Guest pioneer31
- who'd a thunk it..... - an Asian in Bolton flouting planning laws to do what he wants and doing it on the cheap and the sly and doing it badly. How unusual..... I'm truly shocked You want to check out Ladybridge estate. Every house that's bought up there ends up being extended into the Taj Mahal . THE owner of a building which collapsed taking another one down with it could face prosecution. Bolton Council believes Akhtar Hussain-Bagasi was carrying out unauthorised work on the terrace building in Halliwell Road, Halliwell, before it crumbled. Another huge shock. The council usually walk on by. Don't wanna be accused of racism, do we?
Guest sillybear2
Maybe the shop was in fact a bank? That would explain it.
Rachman
I'm truly shocked You want to check out Ladybridge estate. Every house that's bought up there ends up being extended into the Taj Mahal . I grew up on Ladybridge - I drove round it the other month, for old times' sake - it's an extension of Deane and Daubhill now, where you go when your carousel fraud done good. Though I have to say, the curryhouse in the old Fine Fare is absolutely bloody marvellous. I also understand the pub's being renamed the Mumbai Arms. As you head from Wigan Road across to the Beaumont Road side, there are just so many more imported and dented Toyota Estima Lucidas (because they don't want to pay the extra for a full width Previa).[to appease the handwringing Liberals and because my white hooded cloak is currently in the dry cleaners, the above and others are of course gross overgeneralisations, but like all caricatures and stereotypes, they are based to a greater or lesser extent in fact.... - I do wonder whether the racialist screamers actually have a clue where and what I am talking about, or whether they just want to go and virtually burn another Enoch Terre-Blanche]

Oh by the way, didn't you know, everyone except white caucasian men are automatically salt of the earth. To suggest anything else makes you a Nazi.
