Yea, I thought I had put it as an option but had put it in the wrong place so edited it out and would have to re-do the whole poll thing to put it back. If you think over £180,000, just put it in your post.

Depends how long this bounce lasts for.

140K to 150K is the most likely IMO.

If this bounce lasts for anothe few months, could be higher. If it tails off quickly, could be a few grand lower. Either way, the big falls are behind us.

....the Nationwide is a VI ....do they ever have their data checked by anyone and how is the sample made up...?.....better sticking to the National Lottery...

We've possibly had the steepest falls stage, so I think we'll start to go into a longer period of falls at an increasingly slower rate a la June 1991 onwards, I'd go for £130-140k

150K This could be a long drawn out process in view of the low interest rates we have and the fact that the government are twisting the banks arm when it comes to repos
