I suspect we'll see the odd scapegoat hauled to court to spend a few months in an open jail before being released to a nice fat pension.

Those named have been 'asked to attend a police station with their solicitors or lawyers'

Far too polite for me

Let's see a few doors kicked in at 5am. See these spivs in their underpants, cuffed-up and dragged out in front of a jeering mob.

When the holding cell door clangs shut on them they might just begin to 'get it'.

No mercy.

I believe that the police will do a thorough job and show no favouritism towards the MP's, treating them just as harshly as if they had been fiddling the dole.

I believe that Hazel Blears has been harshly treated and deserved better.

I believ that the earth is flat and is propped up on four large duck-houses, none of which were subsidised by the taxpayer in any way.

I believe that it don't rain in Indianapolis in the Summertime

I believe that Chickory Tip's songwriting showed a startling originality that bands like The Cure never even began to aspire to.

I believe I'm starting to stray off-topic.

"Scotland Yard announced tonight ..."

Is that a Mr or Mrs or perhaps a Sir Scotland Yard or someone or something else.

Or is it a building in London making announcements.
