> House Prices Have Further 10-20% To Fall, says Robin Geffen

personally, at this point in my life - i dont give a shit about houses, house prices or pathetic uk aspirations. the damage and disruption to my normal pattern of life was 2003-present, and i think ive crossed the house owning desire rubicon.

also, financial suicide and a 100 ton anchor has lost all appeal after seeing the system for what it is.

a nimby bank.
