Gordon's Economic Paralysis

Recommended Posts

GORDON Brown’s decision to postpone the publication of the Government’s plan to get us out of the current crisis is the last straw.

Building Britain’s Future is supposed to outline the new policies Mr Brown’s team has lined up for the rest of its time in office.

So why delay the delivery of a document that is supposed to show how Labour plans to shape our future? Because last week, senior ministers looked at it and realised that it’s no good.

to be fair, the best thing for the economy is for Gordon not to have a plan.

central planing doesn't work.

I think that he and his party realised some time ago that they are not in control and that no matter what they do, the economy really is at the mercy of the prevailing winds of business and globalised capital.

If the recent spate of government looting, nepotism and resignations is anything to go by, then I think they know what's about to hit and they are filling their boots and hoping there's no lynch mob waiting for them when they finally get booted out.
