Grand Designs, Channel More4. 16:35

Recommended Posts

Grand Designs is on - this is the one where the people want to build into a slope - and if my memory serves correctly there is a lot of rain and the whole back wall collapses, causing £000s (£100k?) of damage to shore up the house above it.

So if you're bored ... watch it, it's on now.

It's this one, in Bath:

"Because the plot of land is located on a steep hill digging the foundations is a major undertaking, costing £300,000."

And when the wall from the property behind fell down ... she wasn't insured for that as it isn't her wall. Hoping somebody is insured.... but no idea who would be. Genius.

Just researched. It's called Cecil House, Bathwick Hill. It was on Rightmove at £2,850,000 but has been removed from there. Cobb Farr were the EAs, it was removed on 11 March 2009. It was for sale at that price/through them from November 2008 to March 2009.
