Green Shoots: Light At The End Of The Tunnel, Or A Train Comming The Other Way?

Recommended Posts

Is it me or do things feel like they might be bouncing back a bit too quickly?

Talk of Green Shoots, Housing market activity picking up, retail spending picking up, improving stock market (sort of), and improving business confidence?

I firmly believe that the press feeding frenzy over MPs Expenses actually may have given sentiment a lift as the press were doing to death that story, instead of depressing the Public over the Economy.

Is this the real deal? A temporary blip, or completely artificial response to Government stimuli which will ultimitely lead to massive inflation?

Your collective wisdom is sought and appreciated....

There's an election due, everything must be done so we only hear happy news.

It's also been found that people don't like bad news, as it makes them upset and then questions start appearing about what our incompetent leaders have been doing.

Far better just to watch big brother and not think about anything complicated like the economy.

Just think happy thoughts and everything will be OK.

If debt is wealth then we are OK, if this idea is complete crap this is only a temporary bounce that's should run out of steam shortly.

Remember debt is wealth and think only happy thoughts especially if it's related to your personal debt levels.
