I can't believe this is a business model.. they appear to charge for the contact details of someone who might or might not be wanting to sell their home and might or might not want to sell it at 25% BMV...... isn't it cheaper to just pop down to the local auction or punt some offers to an agent..... can you imagine the first call... or hello I've just paid for your contact details as I am told you are going to sell your property for 25% less than its actually worth !!!!!!!.

Looks like they are cutting costs, that web site has been constructed from a free blogspot template and is presumably hosted in the same manner albeit with a purchased domain name.

Still it keeps the overall losses down when they realise the business plan isn't worth a toss.
