Yesterday It Was Uk Out Of Recession

Recommended Posts

That story's from last Friday, and it's about revising the figures for the first quarter, when it was known that the country and the construction industry was in recession.

Yesterday's figures relate to the current quarter, which supposedly indicate that the economy's grown slightly overall. However, this quarter's figures might be subject to a later 'downward revision', just like the one in the story you attached, which will show that there was no return to growth after all.
