Cash In Mattress

Recommended Posts

So, a daughter, desperate to get her hands on her mother's money, devises a way to do so without having to kill the old bat? ;)

"Oh no! You mean you had a million dollars in the mattress. Oh, mum, I'm soo sorry..." *daughter whistles innocently*

Cynic! (I agree BTW)

A Tel Aviv woman has been searching through Israeli rubbish dumps after she said she accidentally threw away a mattress containing $1m (£700,000).

Saw this on the news this morning, showed lots of people slicing up all the mattresses they could find in Tel Aviv.

Correct me if I am wrong but would $1m dollars stuffed into a mattress be quite obvious and as mentioned quite uncomfortable. If she had been hoarding, I would doubt that every note was $100 bills and therefore a huge pile of cash would have been fairly heavy.

Loved the way the report ended

There has been no comment from her mother.
