This is about 18 months old but still interesting.

"Edinburgh offers the best of everything; stunning architecture, fantastic employment opportunities, a vibrant leisure and retail scene, as well as an abundance of green spaces. Playing home to the world famous Edinburgh Castle, many comedy and cultural festivals and much more, Edinburgh is an excellent city in which to live and invest.

As a city, Edinburgh benefits from a strong employment market, a thriving student community and a leisure and hospitality industry that ensure a steady demand for rented residential accommodation. Add to this the great tradition in Scotland for rental accommodation, relative shortage of modern properties and a scarcity of central locations suitable for development and Princes Place represents the perfect investment opportunity for savvy investors."

They even get 'savvy investors' in there !!

FFS, it says 'completion March 2008' !!!

It's an out-of-date website that the developers have probably long forgotten about.
