What A Difference A Day Makes...

Recommended Posts

Yesterday as the sun shined and the bulls crowed all seemed sweetness and light for the housing market. Suddenly a high profile resignation by a rising cabinet minister and the weather both economically and meteorlogically has changed.

Just goes to show how fickle the market it is now that suddenly with the prospect of an early election looming and an end to Nu Lab's subsidising of the housing market by borrowing like there's no tomorrow (they won't care as they'll all be picking up their gold plated pensions anyhow) and thus sadling the next goverment /generation with bananna republic levels of debt.

Now suddenly there's the real prospect of the party ending earlier than expected and the long overdue tough love/unpalatable medicine being administered. Bye, bye spring bounce! Things gonna start getting sticky now...
