Political Compass Of The Labour Party

Recommended Posts

I found the Political Compass site fairly interesting...it shows how Labour has fundamentally changed their beliefs over the last thirty years, and it shows how more extreme they now are, when comparing them to the Tories... I wonder if the influence of Cameron has nullified their right wing leanings to a certain extent..The position of the Lib Dems is a bit of a surprise though.. (both are from 2008)..

It is fairly interesting, and looks "reasonable", but there are no units on either axis. :(

Thus cannot be regarded as a science.

It's what we "feel" is true, without any measurement!

We all believe there is some truth in this, from personal experience, but cannot quantify it!

It's not like measuring voltage or water flow.
