Cheeky Offer

Recommended Posts

I have noticed a few people are commenting on placing cheeky offers on houses and getting alot of success.

I have been inform of a new site called www.cheekyoffer.com that allows you to place items on such as houses, cars, hotels, anything basically, and then people place a cheeky offer on the item. If the offer is above the hidden reserve price then the item is yours.

No one can come in and outbid you, or snipe you It is basically the first to hit the reserve price wins.

You have to register at the minute, as it isn't live for around 4-5 weeks.

Well worth registering, If you are looking for a bargain.

I wish,

I am a property developer and I make alot of cheeky offers, "The only way to do business" and when I heard of this I thought I would have a look. Great idea!!

I was really interested in one of the articles were a chap put an offer in for 150 on 225 property (cheeky offer) and had no joy.

I was going to pass on may wealth of experience. The way I do things in condition's that we are in, is tell the vendor that my offer is on the table for 2 weeks only and after that i will be doing business else where. Out of 17 attempts this has worked for my 9 times. So not a bad ratio.

Alot of vendors still live in the boom, and we buyers are living in the crash. So it is a little hard to find a real bargain.

Although, I have just picked up a cracking property for 250k after it being on the market for 375. This is one of my 2 week offers.

Best regards

Johnem

I Just Had A Look At CheekyOffer.Com And Got Bored With The Unnecessary Capitalisation. Really Doesn't Make The Site Easy To Read.
