Government Going Going Gone

Recommended Posts

This is all a sign they'll be gone by October, maybe sooner. Plain as day.

Stop fantasising. There will not be an election until May next year.

Also, if you think you're guaranteed a clear Tory majority, then it's a double fantasy. More likely to be a hung parliament at this rate. Tory and labour are both going to get stuffed on Thursday.

"Let's get rid of these corrupt, useless socialists and elect a bunch of corrupt, useless, moat-owning, servant-employing, old-Etonian capitalists instead!" In case you hadn't noticed, capitalism is broken.

Since when have Euro and council election results translated into General election results?

Yes please and no it's not.

Capitalism is a refection of human nature, to say it's broken is to not understand human nature.

Royal Mail are working hard behind the scenes drawing up a commemorative stamp that will detail all of the Labour Parties successes over the past 150 years.

The new stamp yet to be unveiled is rumoured to be red in colour, iconic in the abscence of the Queens Head, and the text in 16pt Times Roman Font.

+1

i'm voting BNP or UKIP because voting for any of the 3 main parties is just playing along with a game of good cop, bad cop.

Capitalisum would not be broken if we enforced the laws of treason we already have but as things are we can not even question where the money comes from that ends up in MP's bank accounts so to me we arer a million miles from where we want to be.

Revolution is the medicine else death will be the outcome.

I didn't say they would. Labour and Tory are both going to be mauled on Thursday because most of their supporters won't even bother voting. The greens and other minor parties will have a field day. Many of those stay-at-home voters will reluctantly return to the polling booths at a general election, but I still believe that a hung parliament is more likely than a large conservative majority.

Yes, but fantasy can be so satisfying.

I too agree that these thieving scum will hang on to power until the very last moment.

As for election results, I think that the minor parties will romp to victory all over the country. PR and the fact that very few care a lot about, nor know a lot about the EU elections and the MSPs, will result in them gaining seats at the expense of the big three

Come a General Election the population will return towards more tribal behaviour, but Labour will get their noses well and truely snotted. My big worry is that I cannot see anyone who can put it all back together.

We are all doomed! :(

Anyone with any sense doesn't want to win the next GE anyway. Whoever wins will have to raise taxes and cut spending.

You forgot the Duck House owner - we need a little comedy in these trying time. I really really hope that historians in 100 years refer to this as the duck house scandal! the whole fiasco is so stupid it deserves a silly name.
