So why is he telling other people his secrets, rather than using them to make more money for himself?

No, property Billionaires. You could be the next Warren Buffet by buying a load of newbuild flats in Crawley!!

Sorry, misread.

Obviously they start off as billionaires, and soon become millionaires..

£497 down to £27

Still better than hiring an estate agent. Get the "bigger fools" to pay you for a course.

Here are the details:

He was made bankrupt in July 2010. There was a thread a few weeks ago at SP with the rumour he was going bankrupt but the replies I read doubted it. Can't find that thread any more.

http://www.insolvenc...D=35&CaseType=B

He supposedly had nearly 200 properties according to threads on SP. As his demise approached he was making posts asking suckers for short term finance, £15K min, with good returns.

Thread about him and his bankruptcy here.

Its a shame its an automatic discharge in one year.

Unless anyone can dig up some dirt, like getting instant equity on some deals, false valuations on some BMVs.

They are obviously getting lots of bookings hence the 94% reduction in price.

I think this an appropriate warning to all those who booked the course early. Wait it out for a massive discount!

Maybe a metaphor for the Market they are 'investing' in. :D

go to Raj Shastri's wearing a HPC T-shirt and wearing a really obvious wig that keeps slipping. Grin smugly a lot. Wear a name tag saying Shaj Rashtri.

There is no such thing as a 'below market value' property......any property sold is market value, otherwise someone else would have paid more......

Property paid sets the price of similar properties in the same street or area.......lower prices, mean lowering prices.

....after all what does it cost for a new kitchen and a splash of paint cost...not that much in the scheme of things. ;)

The Swinging Piggies don't like posts about the millionaire members of their community who have gone bankrupt.

Posts will get deleted.

Somebody had suggested using google street view.
